Please email team@catdealeruem.com to let us know that you will not be able to participate in the Monday event. IMPORTANT: If the event has been waitlisted, we will offer your position to the next attendee in line. We will not be able to add you back to the event if you change your mind.
The dress code for the Cat Dealer UEM conference is business casual. Formal attire is encouraged for the charity auction dinner.

If we receive your request prior to October 10, 2025, we will process your cancellation and provide a full refund of your attendee registration fee. Cancellations made after October 10th will result in the forfeiture of your registration fee. By that time, all event activities will have been booked and meals and materials ordered based on final headcounts. We appreciate your understanding.
We are restricted from showing some auction items on the website. Firearms (or other weapons), alcohol, and tobacco products will not be shown on the conference website but will be printed in the auction guide.
If you need to make a change to an auction item you submitted, please email team@catdealeruem.com. DO NOT resubmit the form, as it will show up as a new donation from your company.
Your company may have a firewall preventing you from receiving email from our domain. Please ask your I.T. department to whitelist all email coming from our domain (catdealeruem.com). We also recommend adding team@catdealeruem.com as a contact in your email client.
The directory should be updated within 24 hours of completing your registration. If you have registered for the conference but are not listed in our online directory (and it has been more than 24 hours), please email team@catdealeruem.com for assistance.
To request access to directories from previous years, please email us at team@catdealeruem.com and include the years your are requesting to access. Important: If you were not a registered attendee during the year(s) you request, our team will not be able to grant access.
Some of the pages of our website are only for registered attendees. If you are a registered attendee, you should have been asked to set up your online account upon confirmation. The hotel has limited storage and is not accepting shipments at this time. We will email all sponsors with hotel contact and shipping information as soon as this becomes available.

To be considered as a sponsor, you must complete our official Sponsor Interest Form. We carefully review submissions and may follow up if we feel your company is a good fit for one of our conferences.Please note: Submitting an interest form does not guarantee an invitation, and we do not provide individual status updates.
